I have gr8 deficiency of Calcium. My blood test reports shows and doctor said it is not good in this age. I am not going to proceed with alopathy...

Food - Traditional Pakistani cooked food and milk
No fruits in my diet
no alcoholic and left soda drinks
tea once morning and coffee rarely
I am very kind, senstive, loyal, emotional
I speak truth and I hate liers.
I love to eat spicy food
I love to do work from my hand. I trust no one.
My father once told that sturise was injected in body when I was 2 years old. Dont know what happened to me but later 2 year hurbal tretment has recoverd me and Go saved my life
When I was nearly 5 year old I scarred badly alone at home.
At the age of of 13 I fall down while playing and left arm bone goat a slight bend....again fall down after 2 months and it appears little more band and finally it broked when I fallen down from bi-cycle.
Since the age of 21 year I worked hard and in this 7 years of professional life I am very depresed and victim of anxiety...the great stress and tensions are always like a rock on my head and I cant get rid of just like stucked.
2 year back sever cough trapped me and last 6 months and after two many medcines a allopathy doc has treated me with some allergy injection and tables and it was then fine.
Since child hood I am patient of allergy in which some of red spot appears on my skin they feel swell no pain but it get normal after talking a bath and then good sleep.
Now i feel veery week bones...it seems to be if I will run the bones will break....joints gives sound...joints gives inflamation some times. There is also great lower back pain.
I cant mentally relax my self, I am very senstive. I thought alot and resulting is anxiety tension stress I cant calm. I trust no one so I do not have friends to share.
