Is there any Treatment of Avascular Necrosis in Homeopathy ??

Hi Everyone,
I m 26 years old chap suffering from "Acascular Necrosis" of both hip Joints. In year 2003 I got Dengu fever and doctors have given strong Steorids to save my life. Some 6 months back I have been diaonised AVN..right now i am at stage 3. Now Allopathy is having just one solution and that is Surgery, which is a repated process and I dont want to go for it. I am taking Ayurveda but dont knw i m going on to the right path or not. I have hope on Homeopathy and seeking advice from your end. Can anyone suggest me a Homeopathy doctor in India who have treated "Avascular Necrosis" or any medicines which can help more in getting rid of "Avascular Necrosis". Hope to get a positive reply from this forum

involvement of ischaemia (Table 1).
Avascular necrosis
There are 15 000 new cases of adult avascular necrosis annually in the United States. Males are more commonly affected (8:1), the majority under 50 years of age, with the exception of knee avascular necrosis, which particularly affects women over the age of 50. Any bone can be affected, the femoral head and condyles, the head of humerus, and the talus being the most commonly involved. he small cuboidal bones of the wrist and foot are less frequently affected. The unifying feature is a relatively poor vascular supply to subchondral bone through end arterioles with a limited collateral network.
Bone comprises osseous tissue and cartilage, with myeloid tissue, fatty marrow, and a sinusoidal network of vessels packing the inexpandable bone compartment. Several local mechanisms may be involved alone or in combination in vascular compromise. These include disruption of the vessel wall, raised intramedullary pressure through intraosseous venous congestion, and intravascular occlusion by atherosclerosis, thrombosis, or embolization. Death and lysis of haemopoietic cells and lymphocytes occurs with a subsequent macrophage and fibroblast response. Revascularization follows with deposition on the dead trabeculae of fibrous tissue (in traumatic cases) or of lamellar bone (in non-traumatic cases). Simultaneous formation and resorption occur, with progressive loss of cartilage. Should adequate revascularization and bone deposition not occur, articular collapse ensues.

Problem here is the steroids which are very dangerous drugs also they have the effect of neutralising homeopathic remedies.
If you are no longer taking steroids then there is some hope - but its a long shot.
The problem is in restoring the blood supply- to what is effectively dead material.

A possible remedy is Calc Hypophosphorosa which Dr Clarke used and is in his dictionary to the Materia Med.
But he himself lists Silica and Bothrops for this problem . If either of these match the problems you have they would be best used in a high potency.

Calcaria phosphorica 1m, worse from any change of weather, poor digestion and cold extremities (hand, feet). If this fits you try it you will get some relief. If not don't because Homeopathy is not like drug use. For it to help it must match your symptom picture as there are silica, Psorinum, Sulphur a nd there must be more but I would have to look them up

Calc Hypophos is probably best used in the CM potency 3 tabs at 24 hr intervals and no further remedies wait at least a week [or 2 ] before posting again unless you need further comment

use of calc hypophos is to give huge doses of phos due to loss of vitality from abscesses.
Have you lost vitality from abscesses? if not it is a waste of time taking it.

Dear Savraj Singh

Good news for you: I live in China and work actually in the tourism field. However, I met 2 weeks ago through my job a couple of guys suffering from AVN. Their last hope was to go to China for a treatment and it really seems to work. Gaps and cracks in the bones seem to fill-up again. The treatment is a mix of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Electrotherapie and lots of Massages. Patients need to do 4 treatments a year and within 2 years it should be healed. Send me an e-mail if you want to know more about it.
