my symptoms:
they come and go
when i have them they are always in the morning
feeling of tightness
feelings of always needing to pee and then when i pee i hardly have any,
after i pee it hurts, feels tight,
i cant function normally, because i am so uncomfortable.

Please go ahead with the Staph LM1 dose.
Do not forget to thump the Helios LM1 30 ml BOTTLE 10 times before measuring out each dose. You can see video below to see how to thump, the person is using a leather pad, you can use your hand instead.

damnit,
just realised that you wrote i could take a daily dose for three days
so 3 days ago i took the lm1 dose. the first day i felt stable, after that i had troubles with my relationship so its been a little rocky.
i feel pretty good right now, still dealing with influences from my childhood and peeping tom, but making progress.

im reporting to you today because the past few nights i cant get to sleep
today i felt like a bladder infection coming, and when i peed it hurt, but nothing happened after that and i feel fine.
i feel a little overwhelmed, and had some anger problems today.
my face has gotten clear, but im having little ones pop up

im feeling better emotionally and its easier for me to fall asleep but heres what i experienced when i posted
metal:
-falling asleep was difficult because of guilt i felt for acting out in anger
-blame - memories
- being hard on myself
physically:
-felt a bladder infection pain after i peed, but did not continue
-next day felt the pain for a short moment and nothing happened since
-cysts cleared
- i got a few whiteheads
after the emotional experience
i have 1 cyst on my face, other than that it is clear.
emotionally i am stable
falling asleep is easier because i stop participating in thoughts, and if emotions come up i forgive them

hey Sameer,
the bladder thing is acting up again,
the last i posted you- that day i felt pain after i peed.
and again today, i feel the pain, and after i pee it hurts.
but its only for a short while
i have bad cramps, wondering if i can take advil or tylenol or something, if not i'll wait it out.

i am much more stable. the other day, i had gotten emotional, but, i worked through it. i had feelings of self defeat, but i knew that it would pass, and that im not going to participate in such thoughts. so i stopped.
my sleeping cycle is upside down because of the nights that i've stayed up, but i am sleeping, im not being over emotional, and i dont feel like i cant sleep.
yesterday i had bladder infection pains, but thats it. cranberry juice is the best n helps me through.
my number 1 priority is to get the other lm doses, im going to do tht tomorrow (no accessible credit cards at the moment)

hey sameer, i cant order from that helios website because the credit cards that ive gotten access to dont have a valid from date and thats necessary for purchase. is there another website that i can use to buy these remedies?

hey sameer i just received the staph lm2 and lm3
lately i have been alright,
ive had a lot of stress though and then last week i had a cold which is probably the reason i've had a miscarriage.i took muscle relaxers because the pain was too much to handle.
sleeping has been alright my mind is still very busy at night but atleast im falling asleep before 5am.

First dose of Staph LM2 as follows:
Take out 3 drops of Staph LM1 in 240 ml spring water in a disposable cup. Stir with a disposable spoon, and take a spoon from there ONCE.
Throw the rest of 240 ml, cup and spoon and away.
Report in 72 hours after the dose.

things are going good
i think the staph just kicked in within the last two days. i dont feel angry at all, and if i do its only for a short moment. im pretty happy right now :)
my skin is improving a lot, especially since i stopped wearing makeup.
and i havent been able to notice sleeping differences because ive stayed up the past couple nights other people.
overall everythings great

hey sameer,
after the dose i had pain from a bladder infection but it wasnt full blown. the next couple days i was getting bad headaches, after i had caffeine (tea) they went away.
today i had a bladder infection with all the symptoms, had lots of cranberry juice which made it go away
