2 things - Aspergers and an infected toe

My son was diagnosed with Aspergers, he has difficulty at school but is very smart. He's not readily accepted because he is different and relates to people different.
He is 17, but has the mentality of a 15 yr old. He paces back and forth alot. He needs to always be doing something. He is very sensitive, and wants to help the world with all their problems while his life can be turning upside down. His concept of right and wrong is grayed.
He doesn't understand or gets it that he can not do things just because he wants too.

Is there anything that would help with his Aspergers?

He also has an infected bad toe (big toe) that hasn't healed despite antibiotics. What would be good for the infection to help it heal?
