Problem:
Due to nature of Job and responsibilities, long work hours continuously 5 years I am in bad situation.

I need rest but finical issues does not allow me to do so. I cant calm my self. I am hypersensitive, anxiety, under lot of stress every moment, this tensions stress lead me towards thinking of negative aspects only. I cant relax my self.

Few months back I passed from high blood pressure. I didnt took any medication but tried to get relax but the situation turns back again.

I try to get rid of and try to leave all mattes on side after work hours but I cant.

Please advise.
