Read a book called Allen Carr's Easy
Way to Stop Smoking. I read it three years ago and after smoking 50 years and using patched and all the rest of the bull, I heard about this book, tried it, and voila, I'm a non-smoker. It is a reprint of the book published in Europe. It's now printed in the U.S. by Barnes & Noble. I give it as gifts to my friends who really want to quit smoking. It always works. Again you have to really want to stop.
