Combination remedies as recommended by Dr.pvarma are difficult to get. Single dose remedies to be taken according to symptoms. Generally I used to take Glonoine,Baryta Mur,Sumbul and Gels. Intake of Protein/Fats and Carbo Diets must be separated for at least 4hrs.though both can be taken together with vegetables. Intake of Probiotic 1/2hr before, and Plant Oil immediately after meals could be helpful. Last but not least an exercise like Qigong will be ideal. | | |

Hypertension (HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE).
is a risky business specially if the readings are beyond a certain threshold.
For a healthy person above 35 years of age:
A reading of 140 / 90 is considered to be requiring no medication.
A more healthy reading is 120 / 80
When the reading is abnormally high, I strongly disuade the persons to resort to self medication or based on advice through internet.
A reading of 160 / 100 is in the range of mild hypertension. any thing over that is considered to be in the danger zone.
That is why, last time a posted a message that if your reading is above 180 / 110 please continue with allopathic medicine and side by side take benefit of homeopathic medicine until you achieve a reading in a lower / manageable range.
Treatment of High B P requires complete analysis of the constitution and administration of the constitutional medicine.
WILMAR SCHWABE's combination medicine as named in earlier post is quiet effective.

Thank you Dr.Pvarma for your advice. I have a colleague who suffered from what allopathic Dr said as Essential Hypertention after going thru series of medical examinations. He had tried several homeopathic remedies single doses as well as R85,R2,R3 and Reckweg's capsule of R79 with no permanent improvement. He had chalation therapy for almost 10 sessions and recently had liver/bowel cleansing using Epson salt,pure apple juice,extra virgin olive oil and lemon fruit after a week intake of parasite and worms remedies. He did reveal to me that during his childhood days he was very timid and could not bear seeing a bleeding person as it caused him to faint/blackout. Could it be due to his adrenal gland? I would appreciate your views and opinions please. | | |

ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION is primarily due to HEREDITY !
The difficult part is that no marked symptoms appear. Not even headaches.
Yet the B P reading is high. The risk is double because the person doesn't even get to know that there is something is wrong with him.
Many discover it due to a chance visit to a doctor.
Ask him to try the following:
CRATAEGUS Q
PASSIFLORA Q
GLONOINE Q
( mother tinctures ).
5 to 7 drops each (all together) in some water every four hours.
Should work.

I have always had good blood pressure in the 120-30s/60-70s range until the last year or so when I have had a lot of stress. I am in excellent physical condition but my blood pressure had gone as high as 180/110 recently! Being very reluctant to use mainstream medicine (as I work in the field and know the risks and side effects), I attempted to buy Viscum Pentarkan from homeopathystore.in last month. My credit card was charged but the product never arrived and they will not respond to my inquiries - so beware of that website! Anyway, I did purchase the Boiron Stress Care Kit (since my BP problem appears to be related to mental stress rather than cardiovascular per se) from ABC Homeopathy and after taking the first 2 doses yesterday, my BP was down to 95/63! Today I decreased the dose in half and my BP is a lovely 101/70. So, yes, homeopathy apparently does work. At least, it did for me. |
