Tongue Mystery- cracks, sores, jagged edge, light swelling

I will try to be thorough, it is hard to explain. 2 years ago I had my uterus removed from a fibroid growth. I lost blood and was severely anemic. They thought I had thrush but it went away and so I never filled the prescription. I took iron, it went away. About 6 months later my tongue started having problems that I thought were from hot food or maybe a reaction to toothpaste. So I tried everything, new toothpaste- mild, salt water, iron, drank lots of ice water, took greens. My tongue appears with both sides getting spots, like the surface is gone, it doesn't hurt, just spotty, both sides. This then develops into cracks that are alittle sore but I can eat just fine. The middle of my tongue to the tip develops cracks. It I spread my tongue wide it appears cracked across the front half of my tongue. It get pretty red. Recently under my tongue swelled a bit and got really red and had some inflammation. My throat has the feeling like I am about to get a sore throat but doesn't, maybe a bit inflamed maybe a tiny bit of swelling. It doesn't feel like I have a lump in my throat, but feels like it could turn into that. I The cracks eventually look like little cuts on both sides where the spots developed. I take iron, greens, vitamin C, calcium-magnesium, aloe vera juice and swish my mouth with salt water. I have tried Cellfood but it burns my mouth alittle so I don't know if the oxygen is good to the surface of my tongue at this time. I took my temperature and it is 97.7 so it is low, I feel alittle chilly, my feet are cold. The weather changed, I am thin, it might be that. My face feels alittle hot but I don't have a fever. My lips inside the mouth are alittle swollen. My mouth seems dry, I am not thristy though, the tongue is alittle pasty and seems like my mouth is sticky or dryish. It is hard to explain. This problem goes away to the brink of going away then comes back in full force. I am well and have no health problems with the exception of excess stomach acid sometimes, probably from stress. I tried taking benedryll and an antiacid at bedtime to see if it would help. I improved but then it came back so I don't think that is helping either. Anybody have anything like this happen to them I would be so happy to hear from you. My tongue is also alittle whitish on the surface in the middle. Did the brushing but it doesn't seem to be any long term solution either. It is a mystery. I keep thinking it is iron because of what happened when I had surgery and was so terribly anemic from blood loss. PLEASE anybody- I have tried so many things-

I noticed you mentioned you are taking Vitamin C, but did not mention if you are taking any B Vitamins. Often the tongue is the first sign of vitamin deficiency. Watch out for Iron and other heavy metals as the body has a very difficult time eliminating them. Very few people are deficient in copper or even iron. Iron is one of the heavy metals that accumulates in the body from birth to death. You mentioned that your tongue is smooth, this is often a sign of being deficient in Niacin (B3). Also watch recommended dosages. Sometimes it is necessary to try a dose for as long as 7-10 days before changes are noticed. The body takes time to heal. When the body gets off kilter it takes time to rebound especially if you are 30+. EXERCISE. Exercise is extremely important for the Lymphatic System as it does NOT have a pump to circulate the fluids. The lymphatic system is responsible for clearing the system of toxins and other debris. It is the system responsible for sending waste to the kidneys and to the large intestine. The large intestine contrary to popular belief is comprised of much more that just food waste. Having REGULAR bowel movements is of major importance. You should be having 2 bowel movements a day! Unfortunately, the standard American diet makes it almost impossible to achieve. Exercise will help keep you regular as well as keeping the fluids in your lymphatic system flowing. Hold off on the calcium and magnesium unless you are deficient in those areas. They have a tendency to calcify in the blood stream making it hard on the kidneys. Also IF you have mercury fillings have your dentist check them. Mercury leaches out of the fillings and can cause a whole list of health problems which will of course start in the mouth and throat. Have the mercury fillings removed if you can. Last but certainly not least. STRESS must be kept to a minimum. Stress releases all kinds of harmful chemicals and hormones within the body that will only make any physical condition worse. Please keep me posted on your status.
