To Rahman Your mother can take Nat Phos 6x and watch her weight drop by 1kg per week. She should take it as long as she wishes to reduce weight. Report progress weekly.

Question: you recommend taking Nat Phos 6x (3 tabs) after each meal. Is there a time limit to wait after eating or is it OK to take immediately after eating? Usually the remedies require waiting 30 mins before or after meals - correct? Thanks ~

dear joe, i got my sons blood sugar test which was 84 i.e within the normal range . but now no change in weight i.e 57kg. i am giving him 4 tiny tablets after every meal. please tell me what should i do?

dear joe, my son's weight is now 55.5kg. his pot belly is also reduced. but the weight reduction is very slow. is there any change required in dose? or i should continue.

To Uzmkhurram I am glad to note that your son's reduction of his weight has conformed to the standard reduction of around 1kg per week which I have referred to in this thread which I first posted on Christmas Day 2004, the day before parts of Sri Lanka were destroyed by the Tsunami. I note that you are giving him 4 tablets and I prescribed just 3. It is best that you reduce the dosage down to only 3 to be taken twice daily as there is no special advantage of increasing the dose to 4. Some patients have reported that this high dosage gives them watery stools and this is best avoided. You will observe that even if he is given just 2 tablets after each of 3 meals his weight reduction will continue. I am glad to learn that your son's Blood Sugar level is normal and this will hasten his getting back to a normal weight. It is to be understood that he must abide by the strict dietary rules I spelt out in a previous post and he must also exercise as boys of his age must do on a daily basis. This is all part of my therapy aka "Joepathy".

Dear joe, I read the blog right from the begining till today. Am so convinced that i purchased natphos6x and have started the dose from yesterday. will keep you posted on my progress. Respected Mr.Joe, Read the entire thread at one go and brought the stuff and had one dose too. I'm highly impressed by your finding and will to share it to world. Here the homeopathy docs try to give their own medicines without telling the name of medicines and ppl have to follow them for years with or without getting benifited. One of my friend is suffering from Psoriasis, Epilepsy and Thyroid. She is on homeopathy from last 10 to 12 years with no benefit. Plz read more details on my thread posted on this topic. If you wish to take NP 6x for weight reduction it will not work if you take other remedies. I note that you present Sinusitis. Would you like to list your symptoms? Do you sneeze and have a blocked nose and have a constant drip ?

Thank you for your prompt response. I no longer have any symptoms. I started with CalBich few days ago, when I noticed the first symptoms of cold and it worked like a charm. Now, I am not sure can I stop it, because I was told to make a full circle of 20 days. Every winter was a nightmare for me, and every cold or flu would develop into sinuseitis that would prolong for several weeks, before my family physician prescribed me this remedy. Blessings

Nat Phos 6x is a very shy remedy when used for weight reduction. I have prescribed a few remedies like Arnica which are compatible and do not interfere with weight reduction but I do not know how Kali Bich will behave with NP. What potency do you use of Kali Bich ?

Hi, I have read the whole thread sitting in the office and am really facinated. I am 5 ft 4 inches and weigh 79 kilos. My problem is that I am taking amlopres-5 for high blood pressure. Does that disqualify me as a candidate for this treatment. If so, can you please share an alternative treatment that I can take to reduce weight. Thanks and Regards.

If you wish to use a Prophylactic to ensure that you do not catch colds you may like to know that I have recently discovered that Eupatorium Perfoliatum 30c in the Wet dose is by far the best remedy to help anyone to not catch colds. The 200c in the Wet dose is useful to treat a cold if one has already caught the virus. I do not know however if Nat Phos 6x will work to reduce weight if Eupat Perf or Kali B are taken.

Weightloss Glad to note that you have read all 17 pages of this thread and you would by now have discovered that it was I that first discovered this amazing property of Nat Phos 6x to reduce weight. You are obviously overweight on the basis of your statistics but it is very doubtful if NP will help to reduce your weight as you state that you are taking amlopres-5 for high blood pressure. For the record can you indicate what your BP is when taken on the third reading on a Digital BP Gauge? You may like to know that the first two reading are not considered as accurate.

Anandkol Glad to note that you have read all 17 pages of this thread. Please follow the instructions which you would have read on this thread and take Nat Phos 6c dose 2 tablets taken after each of 3 meals daily. You can also add Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily and it is made as follows: The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows: Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement. Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket. Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace. Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose. Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.
