Okay then Umesh, our prescription is:
3 doses of Arsenic Album 30c, equally spaced for 1 single day ONLY.
Dissolve 2 pellets of Arsenic 30c in a 250 ml spring water bottle. You can turn the bottle upside down a few times for the pellets to spread after dissolving.
1 teaspoon from here using a disposable spoon is 1 dose.
Let us know in 5 days after the doses.
1/. Nothing should enter the mouth for 40 minutes prior to, or after taking the remedy.
2/. Do not touch the tablets (in your case the liquid) with your hands, tip them into the cap of the container they came in and then into the water .
3/. Avoid coffee, tea (including green), and other sources of caffeine such as some fizzy drinks and large amounts of chocolate, except where this would cause a drastic change in consumption
4/. Avoid wearing perfume/aftershave, or exposure to anything with a strong smell while under treatment. This includes any and all essential oils, and incense.
5/. Avoid the consumption of excessively spicey foods
6/. The use of medicinal herbs, either as 'teas' or supplements should be AVOIDED during Homoeopathic treatment, as should the use of over the counter medication, unless this has been recommended by an MD.
7/. Nothing of a medicinal nature should be applied to the skin

Thanks for your suggestion sameer. Do you want me to take a dose of pulsatilla 6x as an antidode before starting off with arsenic alb or should I directly start off with arsencic

Hi sameer,
I had beent to the homeo store to get the arsenic alb 30C remedy as suggested by you. The homeo guy had the large pills and he had mixed the Mother Tincture of Arsenic Alb 30C in the tablets and has given me about 40 tabllets. The tablets are quite large. Wanted to check if I would need to dissolve these 2 large tablets or would one be sufficient.

Thanks Sameer. I had just checked at home and I have the arsenic alb 200 available with me. Please let me know if I could use that or should I go and purchase the 30C potency.

Hi Sameer,
I had a sudden travel plan which had come up and am currently travelling. I was unable to take the remedy last week. I would be returning back next tuesday. I would take the remedy on wednesday and keep you posted on the developments. Regret not updating you earlier.

I have purchased the dose and would be starting today. I have purchased the Reckweg Ars Alb and added one drop from it to a 250 ml spring water bottle. I would be taking the first dose ( 1 TSP) soon.

Do I need to stop taking coffee or tea completely. I actullay used to have about 5 to 6 cups of coffee/ tea everyday. I had my first dose at 12:55 PM IST today. Would take the second one probebly at 5 PM and the next one at 9 PM. I could feel my body getti8ng warm within few minutes after taking the fist dose. Thats all I could observe for now.

I have completed 2 doses but had one cup of coffee and 3 cups of tea today. However all of these were 1 hour after the dose. Would this be fine or should I again take the dose tomorrow without the coffee and tea.

Thanks Sameer. I have taken the last dose. Will let you know the progress in 5 days. The past few days have been very stressful and have not slept well. Hence a little stress is still playing on me. Hopefully this remedy would work and everything would be fine.

The day 1 after taking the dose. I see that the negative thoughts have reduced and the overall anxiety has reduced. However as I had explained earlier mine was a situational based anxiety and this flares up when there is a external trigger. I had got up from my sleep last night at around 4 AM and was feeling anxious. I also had dreams about water gushing in the house. I am not sure if this is relavent but I thought I should tell the same to you.

Arsenic should help you in getting rid of the habit, but you have to show a strong will to do so as well. Try to fight it off.

The negative thoughts and compulsive thoughts have reduced over the past 3 days but I have been having a slight headache especially near the temple and top of the head for the past 3 days. This evening I was feeling a lot sleepy. I had slept for an hour as I had a headache and after I got up I was feeling giddy for a few minutes. The headache though continues.Should I take some tablets for the headache. I never had a headache before this.

I should say that its not a very bad headche but a slight heaviness kinds which I am unable to exactly describe and I am feeling this on the top of my skull now.

As I have updated earlier the first 3 days have been fine. However this evening the negative thought pattern started to reoccur. I mean the compulsive thoughts. However the intensity is not very high. I am not sure why the word cancer has been in my subconsious that it automatically comes up without any particular context. However the fear that was associated when such thoughts came up has reduced drastically and my reaction to these thoughts have been much better. However I want to get rid of this negative though pattern completely. If homeopathy could help me so much in 3 days I am sure it can cure me completely. Please advise what should be the next steps.

The next step is to do nothing, BUT wait for atleast 2 more weeks. One early repetition, and all progress will be lost.
You have to be patient. Do not try to kill the hen to get all the golden eggs out in 1 day :)
Wait for 15 days, and then we will think about going to a higher potency.
So, be patient, and update me in 1 week from now.
