aversion to fish

it is a bit difficult to answer your questions, sameer. still i shall try. i cannot say for sure that he is bubbly and excitable. he is active and somewhat energetic. but he is at times shy and timid before guestsand those outside his house. he is generally affectionate but regarding his craving for affection and consolation when sick i am not sure. but he asks his mother not his father to carry him when sick. we do not give him icecream generally but i think he likes it like other children of his age. but he almost always prefers his drinking water to be cold.

i read phosphorus in kent, boericke, allen and farrington. but nowhere did i see this aversion to fish symptom except in kent where it is aversion to salty fish. can i ask you where you found this characteristic under phosphorus? is there any other remedy in homeo under which this symptom comes? under phosphorus is there a clear mention of aversion to fish but not to meat?

dear sameer, i need more advice from you to treat my son. he is having allergic asthma. that is, he catches cold twice a month. this cold will soon settle in the chest and develop in to hard cough and wheezing.to treat this i took him to a homeopath here. till two months back he had been under his treatment. during that period he developed a sort of skin eruptions which was cured after around two months. this homeopath also treated him for adenoid growth, defective hearing and for slightly higher WBC count. i did not see much improvement in his case. so i decided to give him on my own calc phos 0/3 twice daily for ten days two months back. on the 11th day he had a severe ear ache in the middle of the night and then i gave him belladonna 30 one dose and in the morning one more. about three weeks later when he developed a constipation i gave him two doses of kali sulph 30. he favourably responded in both situations. now for the past two months , after Calc Phos he has not developed that allergic asthma. at the time i gave him calc phos he had developed the once treated and gone skin eruptions. now they are almost gone. but a slight nasal catarrh and nasal obstruction and impaired hearing remains.
after calc phos he has lost his liking for milk and he has become weepy also. should i give him any other medicine? what about pulsatilla?

dear Dr. malaker, the homeopath i mentioned had already given him tuberculinum 200 four doses [one dose per week]around four months back.

sameer, when i went in for calc phos i was hundred per cent sure of the remedy and i had consulted my practicing friends also. it was they who suggested to give 0/3 potency as he had the skin eruptions then. might the remedy's action have weakened as i gave him twenty continuous doses without successive dynamising? at that time he had acute symptoms of the allergic asthma also.that is why i thought of giving twenty doses till his symptoms more or less subsided. can sulphur perfect the actionof Calc Phos in my son's case?
