Hello.
My father has been diagnosed with pemphigus vulgaris.
The first outbreak that he had was in 1980, back then he was 39 years old and worked as painter. So at first doctors attributed the violent outbreak in his mouth to ether allergies to paint or Herpes zoster that he also has, but within a few months he was finally diagnosed with pemphigus vulgaris. Through all this years he would have occasional outbreaks in his mouth, they were never as bad as the original one. The outbreaks would last about one to three weeks – painful sores that would make his mouth raw, but he would wait and eventually the symptoms would go away. Three month ego, at the age of 71, he had a small outbreak and at the same time he had a bad tooth ache and a shooting pain in his left cheek when he pronounced certain letters and when he chewed, which was radiating through the eye and in to the head. In about a month he had 2 teeth extracted followed by a course of penicillin; and here is what had followed: sores had spread through the entire mouth, the tongue became sponge-like, there is occasional blooding and sever pain. The shooting pain has worsened and the little wounds (some of them are with yellow crust) cover his head, face, right earlobe, back of the neck, upper chest and upper back. Doctors recommend prednisone… PLEASE HELP!!!

Thank you so much for responding and sorry for not writing sooner.
My father is retired; he is about 186cm. tall and weighs about 90kg. He carries most of his weight in his stomach. He is also bold and medium build. He is usually pretty optimistic and enjoys spending time with his granddaughter. His life motto:”Do not complain and stay on the positive side”, with that said he also doesn’t like to take care of him self – as long as he is not very sick. For example: when he got this outbreak he was going to do whatever possible to get better, he even started to take some vitamins that I got for him and everything that his doctor told him to do, as baths with medicine twice a day fallowed by a cream, special mouth wash before and after food – it is very involving. But now he is feeling about 30% better and already told me that he will not take the vitamins anymore and he is talking about getting off the treatment. During all this time he’s been filing very sad, even his physician, how knows him for many years said, that usually my father would come to the office more interested in telling jocks, than discussing his health, but now he is very sad and quiet. One of the reasons for quietness is that it is painful to talk. Inside of his mouth looks raw, with peeling skin all over and a bit of blooding. His tong is also looks like that and has teeth impressions ala around it. As I‘ve mentioned before, he also has a shooting pain in his left cheek, and many sores on his head, face and on his chest and back (around his neck), they are painful and some of them covered with a yellow crust.
By the way in regards to his general health: he had prostate cancer, which was removed 9 years ago and left him with impotency. He has Basel cell cancer, very deep cracks on his heels, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
I hope, I answered your questions. Please let me know if you need more info.
Thank you very much for doing this for me!!!

during the next episode of skin eruptions in the lining of the mouth and external skin, please give him MERC SOL 12C three times a day for some days and note within a week if its bringing relief.

once you see some relief in pain in soreness you can gradually taper down the dosage till its completely cured.

come back after 2 weeks and report the progress. also, if some new symptoms are observed during the treatment, please report.

if there is no response with merc, we will try MEZ and LYCO one by one.
