Thyroid, Joint Pains, etc.
Hi,Please suggest medicine for my wife. Her symptoms are as follows:
Age: 40,Sex:Female
Medical History
1. Suffered with Typhoid at the age of 12
2. Under gone two CSECT (cesarian surgeries) - 26 & 28 years
3. Was treated for depression for about 1 year,during that period only,
Hypo thyroid (T4 harmone is around 8.5) problem occured
3. Suffering with knee pains (for both legs) for the past 5 years
Unable to stand for more than 20 minutes continuously.
Swelling around both knees
Orthopaedic surgeon suggested Total knee replacement immediately for both knees
4. Always suffering from Calcium deficiency
currently we are using calcium supplement daily
5. Suffering from constipatiency. Her bowel movement is normal but X-Rays showed constipation. This is leading to localized
obesity of the stomach (looks like a pregnant woman about to deliver).
General health:
Appearence: Normal height, bloated belly, little bit over weight
Periods : Regular till 2 years ago, now it is stopped almost past 6 months
Sleep : Some times sleeps like log, some times no sleep for most of the night
Frequent nightmares
Medicines (Allopathic) using:
Glucasamine(joint juice) tablet one/day
Metamucil(fiber) daily 1 teaspoon 2 times for the past one month only
Thyronorm(75mcg) daily 1 before break fast
She was treated by a homeopath about 3-4 years ago but do not remember the remedy names.
Please let me know if you need any other information.
