Challenge case for homeopathy. Can anyone help him? I am very concerned

Very intellectual, gentle and loving person in my family, a scholar. Age around 67. He has the following problems:

Angina (blockage in heart arteries) - last 12-15 yrs

Diabetes - last 25+ years

Blood Pressure - sometimes high, sometimes low - last 20+ years

Prostrate Enlargement - feels urge to urinate frequently, he can't sleep peacefully at night coz of this - last 10+ years

Glaucoma - high ocular pressure (eye fluid) - last 3-3 yrs

Frequent cold / sinus - last 20+ years

Gastroentritis and Acidity - last 5-6 yrs

Arthiritis (back of the neck) - last 2 years

HE IS ALREADY TAKING ALLOPATHIC MEDICINES FOR ALL THE ABOVE CONDITIONS

Other things about him:

1) He used to be a heavy smoker in his younger days but quit about 12 years back, since his angina was discovered

2) He has had a kidney stone operation about 35 years back

3) He has had a cataract operation about 27 years back when both the lenses of his eyes were removed..he can see using high power spectacles. Now the vision is a bit low because of Glaucoma

4) He is gentle natured and very sweet with family, but doesn't like people who give off negative vibes. Sometimes doesn't talk to such people for years

5) Craves sweets

6) Loves books and can read them 24 x 7

7) Highly intellectual and intelligent. A scholar in many fields. Nobody can beat his knowledge in those fields

8) Well mannered and very well behaved socially

9) Sugar and BP levels fluctuate quite a bit at times

10) I'll can provide any other information if the Doctor wants

PLEASE PLEASE TELL ME IF HOMEOPATHY CAN HELP HIM?? I WANT HIM TO BE ABSOLUTELY HEALTHY AND BE FREE FROM ALL THE ABOVE PROBLEMS AND ALLOPATHIC MEDICINES. IS THAT POSSIBLE????
