Obese, stressed, angry, pmt, no motivation

Hi, 32yr old mother of two toddlers. I am 6 stone overweight and have tried so many diets over the years and really do want to lose weight. I set myself goals and really go for it but always give in. When I am stessed (daily) I turn to binge eating sweet foods or bread and get angry and shout a lot. I hate myself. My partner says i suffer awful PMT aswell.
I have dry cracked heels but I can manage these. I feel if i lost a lot of this weight a lot of the stress and anger would subside too. Im only guessing tho. Can anyone help? Ta

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
please take a dose of SEPIA 200C and report after a week.

take the dose in empty stomach and early in the morning. no food or water 1 hour before or after taking the dose.

Hi, I am a mom to two young boys. I am not obese but I noticed that I started gaining weight (no diet change) after I turned 30 and my temper was getting bad. I loved bread, cakes, ice-cream, chocolate etc. I decided that I had to change my lifestyle. Note that I said lifestyle and not diet. I started by modifying one meal. That meal has to be healthy. Once you're ready, you can move on to your second meal. You have to re-train your taste buds to the taste of vegetables and fruits. Too much starchy and sugary foods will make us gain weight. Put some rules for yourself ie. allow yourself a bowl of junk once a day in the afternoon etc.

BTW, when you eat lots of unhealthy stuff, your body is being starved of nutrition. That also affects your nerves (ever feel like pulling your hair?).

As you get older, your metabolic rate slows down so you will eventually have to modify your diet if you want to live a healthy life. Might as well do it now while your children are young and run together with them as they grow. :) It's hard but you can do it. You're a mother. If you can raise (or pop) two kids out, you can do anything. Wishing you all the best.
