Hi, Take Phosphorus 30 (single remedy low potency for initial start of treatment) for ur acid reflux at night. I myself have an extrelemyl sensitive stomach with frequent heartburns. Wokrs fine with me. hope it helps you too.

a table sppon of vinegar help right away to. try not to drink fluids 1 hour before you eat and 1 hour after you eat. we have enzymes that break down our food and if you drink while you eat you fill up your stomache with fluid and you don't have enough enzymes to bbreak down the food.

please try CABBAGE juice half glass daily. Keep on taking others remedys as u like .its only a veg ,wont harm u .
in middle of night if its << take OPTIFIT out of fridge and it will give relief,for time being.

Cabbage is good as vegetable but its juice can be harmful in patients having thyroid problem.So before recommending it, be sure it is not harmful in any way for the patient.

your system is too acidic; take a little baking soda (very alkaline substance!) in a little water; view Dr. Simoncini website on this subject; read Alkalize or Die book by Robt.Young (not sure of author) fantastic book; or Death by Diet by Rbt. Barefoot (re coral calcium's alkalizing factors) fantastic books; cheap easy fixes for acidity.
