Acid Reflux - Nexium not effictive (teenee)

Oops! But you are wise in saying not to do it now - there's probably enough inflammation and irritation to be messing with other nearby organs. No more flushes now for me! It was very interesting tho, the things that came out! I have read in several places that stones and debri can still be in the bile duct (they did not remove that on me) and in liver.

Thanks Sabra.

You or Pankaj have any thoughts on dosage of carbo veg (I bought 30c) and what to use for the anxiety causing tummy tension? I did the question to find a remedy form(s) on this site but there were so many, it was hard to nail down. Kali Phos to try at first ok? My tummy appears calm upon just waking up - then gets real tense as soon as I start thinking of all I have to do. Then reflux starts in shortly thereafter - i am assuming it is related.

Appreciate your thoughts and wisdom.

Tina

I think you need to try ;

Argentum Nitricum 30 and Carbo veg. 30

four times a day each...let us see how you respond to it.

Use the meds alternately.
best,

Thank you.

I didn't have the Argentum at time of your post and couldn't get out to get it (store is farrrrrr away!). I am taking it now - how long before I would know if this remedy is working?
:)
thanks,
Tina

Hi Tina,
i am a 1st time reader to this forum and not a homopathy expert of any sort. when i read your reflux problems, i seem to hv experienced it before so i wud just like to share some stuff with u. to cut the long story short, i think u cud perhaps try camomile tea to soothe your anxiety (which i think is causing the reflux). its really mild and relaxing. i also started reading reading "eat for your blood type" and found out that the whole time when i have been struggling with certain foods, i was not supposed to be eating those kind of foods!! last but not least, maybe you can make a list of your errands or work you have to do... then strike off each one when u complete them, so that you will feel more in control of your life. also, please take very deep breaths whenever you dont feel well ( i think when one is anxious, less oxygen gets in the brain so it always helps when you take a very deep breath) i hope this helps : ) angie

For those of you who mentioned that even water causes acid reflux - I went through the same thing for several months. Here are some ways I found to combat it.
