Also , good to know the current state of the skin ...to be able to guide you better.

Yes drinking water in good quantity also helps as it is a natural cleanser. (As suggested by Dr.Mehfooz).

Arnica (Joe De Livera's method - 3 pellets in 500 mil water succuss 10 times before each dose) makes the face look like a baby's bottom

A 70 year old friend of mine had this results in less than two weeks.

Drinking lots of water! Since it is the 3rd vote for it, water seems like #1.

Never let your skin get dry (any moisturizer will do).

Put on your skin what you would eat (=no toxins).

Also it is good to eat some 'good oils' with omega-3 fatty acids like deep-sea fish or flaxseed oil etc.
At least once a week.
