8. fell from 3 story building in 1982 stone bruise left heel or worse (no insurance). 1974 severely allergic to tinea cruris infection (Sulpha and massive doses of cortisone fixed). 1979 paranoia (schizophrenia) reaction to use of methamphetamines. 1991 diagnosed with sinus problems resolved by passage drilling on lower sinuses. Ethmoid sinuses cleaned as well. HBP in 1992. Depression in 1993. Hip/back Muscle tear 1994.
9. medium to low income Father has penicillin and mycin allergy, HBP, heart attack, stroke, low cholesterol, overweight, no diabetes Mother had breast cancer in 1982, aggressive smoker, Passed with heart attack in 1995 congenital heart failure.

11. Works everyday. Enjoys bicycling long distances with groups of people. No problems on heel after exercising only during walking
12. desires very hot spicy food- semi vegetarian that eats seafood (no cow , no chicken) for energy reasons
13. Mostly friendly has willingness to help others but is also suspicious and wary. I do have patience to wait on my wariness and I am comforted usually when those fears are unwarranted. I have patience with my anger and do not act irrationally 99.9% of the time. I am single and have never been married and tend to sabotage relationships that could lead to friendship and more. Small close friend circles with broad acquaintance friendships, but nothing really close. Slightly introverted but not reclusive. Can do public speaking with no or little stress. Mind does get busy at night and I lose sleep… I get about 4-5 hours of good sleep a night. Not overly affectionate but I am single and really don’t have anyone to be affectionate with… great with pets.
14. Gets aggravated at other driver’s rudeness or lawlessness while driving in high traffic areas. Gets involved with public bicycle rides and generally has a positive outlook. |
