Please help me doctor
My dad is 63 years, old, diabetic 20 years( insulin dependent, 18 units per day, 3 times), smoker for 30 years.1. Started with left leg wound. Treated with antibiotics, not cured.
2. I and D done later, not cured.
3. Now doctors say cellulitis, necrosis, osteomyelitis, there is no bone amputation is the only way.
4. Admitted to hospital for past 4 days for amputation but sugar not under control and uremia.
5. Dad not feeling hungry and not eating, irritated, difficulty breathing, coughing, thick coating on tongue.
6. Kindly help, is there no way to prevent amputation and improve his health. middle income group.
