There's nothing you can do but learn to be happy with who you are. I'm only 4'11' and wouldn't mind being a few inches taller too. I know there is much height discrimination in society that makes being very petite hard. I remember when I was your age I had a very hard time with my height and was angry that I was ALWAYS the shortest amoung my peers and that I looked so young that no one took me seriously. Now I'm 37 and don't mind that most people think I'm 27 :). Sometimes it's still hard but I don't think about it too much anymore (unless I'm shopping for clothes and can't find anything made for my height).

dear wanaja,
At this age there must be improvement. Please try following medicine for 1/2 months.
BARYTA CARB-200 one dose once a week
Calceria Phos-6x ( 2 tablets thrice a day)
Also have height exercise.

Dear Mahfooz
Is there any clinical confirmation that these medicines helped in increasing the height?
Can you provide some references either from materia medica, or from published cases?
