Hi J..K.Mohla,
I was away yesterday, sorry for not replying (btw Faisal advice is very much correct!)
You need to describe your sympptoms now - motes are there-describe hoeopathically: esp. modalities, what about photophobia? broken vision ?describe.(I assume merc.200 ss is gone) do you feel it was the right medicine?
Did you have your eyes tested?

Hi again,
Has a week passed since you last took merc.200?
Is the sun stong where you live? I'm asking because the great exercise for retina is SUNNING and here now it can be done only up to 2 hrs after sunrise and about 2 hrs before sunset.
Face the sun with closed yes. Turn head slowly up/down/right/left so the sun rays fall and warm every part of the eye -do it up to 5 min then turn your back to sun and palm until you 'see' black. (twice/day=morn. an afternoon)
When you keep turning your head imagine a fence or sign or ladder or whatever and 'see' a minute detail of it, then push it furher away and again 'see' every detail and sn.o o

my last post might be confusing
you do sunning 5 min twice/day
but
close (about 2 hrs) to sunset and sunrise so the sun is not too bright

Asthenopia
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Asthenopia or eye strain is an ophthalmological condition that manifests itself through nonspecific symptoms such as fatigue, red eyes, eye strain, pain in or around the eyes, blurred vision, headache and occasional double vision. Symptoms often occur after reading, computer work, or other activities that involve tedious visual tasks.
When concentrating on a visually intense task, such as continuously focusing on a book or computer monitor, the inner eye muscles may tighten, which can cause the eyes to get irritated, dry, and uncomfortable. Giving the eyes a chance to focus on a distant object at least once an hour usually alleviates the problem. Small font sizes exacerbate the strain if they cause unconscious squinting or straining to focus.
