I need help, because I am really tired.

I am a patient of pilonidal sinus. It was operated in the month of may 2006. I had 12 stitches. The doctor removed my stitches in 14 days. When the stitches were removed the top part of the wound had already healed and lower part also healed with in a month. Then after two months the top area started to swell up again. I went to the doctor and used an injection to see that whether it was puss that was filling inside or what. Anyways the same night the puss started to come out and I had to go to the emergency. They said that they will just drain the abscess, and they did so. They also left it open. Then after sometime it started to heal again and the wound closed also. Then with in a period of 2 months the same thing happened to me again. This time I didnt go to any doctor because they said we need to do a big operation but I was tired of going to the hospitals. Anyways it healed again with in 2 months. During this time I had posted my profile on the homeopathic website, but as it healed I completely forgot about it. Then now I think maybe 1 month ago I had the same problem. But this time there was no opening in the top part of the wound but there is just one small hole in the lower part, and sometimes it oozes and sometimes puss comes out of it. I go for dressing daily, and I have been going for dressing daily for the past one year. I was really tired and started to look at homeopathic sites again. And i was surprised to find my profile again, and it had a reply from doctor who said to take silicea and kali bichrum. I live in Qatar and here the homeopathic medicines are not allowed. I want to try homeopathic medicines. Because whenever I go to hospitals here, they always prescribe antibiotics which have no effect on my wound. Anyways I saw an Indian doctor here and he said take graphites, silicea and Nitric acid. I just want to know that are there any other medicines that I can take to make it heal permanently.
