I asked for detail When ever I required . Epistaxis is very common in this area i.e. cappilarry bleeding by blunt injury by air, temp. local injury, by touch ..... so on ... there for in epistaxis Arnica is playing a get a roll in curing of epistaxis.
I am in my regular paractice The Top ranking of medicine is Arnica Mont Though china and ferrum pic are the first graded medicine but I never tried these two medicine.

In india . each and every house is with Arnica it is not the hasty and dangerous prescription. I have not prescribe for cancer or any mental cases . If I prescribed the arnica in cancer i.e. also correct remedy for that.
I request you to do not interfare and show that you are a great homoeopath. Your self is engineer by proffession not the doctor.

A medical practioner can not be a engineer or engineer can not be a medical practioner both the work can not be done at a time.

The prescription of Arnica is not based on any case.There are not enough details. It is what I call 'hasty' prescription. A proper analysis is required before prescribing.

You did a good thing to ask for details about his epistaxis and dandruff together. He may have other problems too, and they too will come out with further questioning.

Prescribing on a single symptom, without any details, based on a disease name is not to be encouraged.

That is what I am doing, and what I will continue to do.
