'Certain potencies may produce certain effects, e.g. it is said that Silica given in low potency promotes suppuration, whereas if given in high potencies it aborts suppuration.
Some where there is also mention that higher potency should not be given in repeat doses.

dr rishimba here is my present situation:
1- palpitation: very strong again, at any time of the day and sometimes with strong chest pain.
2- im very fatigued and tired, can only walk short distances, cant exercise cause i get complete exhausted, and the heart seems to go out of my chest and aches.
3- depressed and anguished, hopeless, fear of that my boyfriend gets tired of this situation and leaves me ( although hes being very supportive) cant work properly so its another problem that worries me.
4- Very worried cause not only I cant leave the pills (Lorazepan) but Im taking more again to bear the palpitations and heart pain. I noticed palpitations grow when I have one, but after a period when the pill takes effect I feel better.
5- im gaining weight, it makes me loose self steem.
I try to eat less but dont loose weight even though I try to walk and make some light exercise.
sometimes Im anxious and cant stop eating, specially at night or when i feel worried cause of the sympthoms
6- very worried about the TSH level that is 25 (highest normal range: 4)
7-emotionally tired in general, overwhelmed for all the situation even though i try to make a normal life and have fun.
if you need aditional information to choose a proper remedy just let me know please

no Dr. i didn't take cactus yet, i will begin tomorrow, i was doubting because if i get a remedy for palpitation for a long term as you advised, the other sympthoms will not be covered,
i thought you would prefer to try another constitucional remedy as pulsatilla didn' improved my health much.
can i have cactus g. and a constitucional remedy you would advise at the same time?

i did what you adviced, it's been six days today that i'm taking cactus g (i left pulsatilla a few days before your advise so i began cactus inmediately) but there's no much improvement.
Please give advise.

I Beg you please to clear up and explain what i ask you bellow, cause it's very difficult for me to stand the present sympthoms(apart from palpitation):

Your Test Result of TSH High and T4 normal is indicative of :-
Mild (subclinical) hypothyroidism
You need some Thyroid remedy.
Pl. confirm that do you have any gland in your neck?

Dr. Rajendra: I'm not receiving acupuncture anymore, they usually put me around 25 needles all over the body, i got no inflamation in my neck.

I was diagnosed Hashimoto desease a year and a half ago with subclinical hypothiroidysm. High TSH and subclinical T4 level.
I began an homeo treatment here but didnt improve my symptoms, T4 and TSH levels much in six months.
My homeo didnt want to give me THYR .He insisted on that my subclinical T4 and TSH levels wasnt the cause of my symptoms and wanted to keep on finding my constitucional remedy.
I decided to take THYR 200c for 1 month by myself and had completely relief since the first day in all the symptoms.
After that I took thyr 200 twice a week for another month,
I remained without symptoms for 3 months altogether..
Then, the symptoms came back again, this time tried THYR 200c and THYR 10M, and IODIUM (Dr.. Deolok Sharma suggestion) but nothing happened.
Since then I got the symptoms, even though the T4 level still rised to normal level and TSH remained arounds 15.
The last test a month ago showed the TSH rised to 25,5587 (reference values: 0.3500-4.9400) and the T4 dropped to 10.25 (reference values: 10.30-22.70).
So Im really worried about this issue and I dont know if the sympthoms are caused the Hashimoto or a CFS (as the homeo believed)

i feel IODIUM is not indicated here and one should not mix high potency remedies.
please take a dose of THYROIDINUM 1M on a single day and report condition after a week. please dont take any other remedy along with it.

I wanted you to know that i took each remedy separately for 7-10 days and an interval of a couple of days in between them, and the iodium was only one dose with the same interval.
About the thyroidinum 1M, the drugstore lasts one or two weeks to bring it so i got to wait.
Meanwhile i wanted to ask you what do you mean with 'a dose' cause i found different points of view.

one dose consists of - 2 to 3 drops of the remedy in some 20 ml of water ( quarter cup ) and sip it up slowly in empty stomach and clean mouth. dont take any food or water after at least 1 hours.
