Sore spot on tongue

I have what appears to be a possible ulcer on my tongue. It is about 1/4' round with a 'halo' of grey, and it is sore and slightly swollen on that spot. It is located slightly forward of the middle on the right side edge of my tongue. I don't know what to do about it, and I am concerned that it means something else is not right in my body. Any ideas about what I can do to help it heal? I thank you very much for any help you can give me.

Dear Deneharp:
You should take MERCURIUS CYANATUS 9CH, three pellets twice a day.
If there is some amelioration, reduce to once. If there is not amelioration, post again.
That remedy can help you, but it seems there is any miasm in your nature. Surely you have suffered other symptoms before. Let wait us and see.
Best wishes
