Dr. Deoshlok Sharma or Rishimba - Acne and irregular menstruation

Hi,

I'm a 23 year-old-girl from Scandinavia who suffers from some kind of hormonal imbalance. One of my male hormones seems to be a little bit higher. The biggest problem is my acne that I've been having for 10 years. I have mostly on my throat and back - and a little bit in my face that comes and goes every now and then. Usually the acne spots are big and hard from the beginning and this has left a lot of ugly acne scars on me. My menstruation has always been irregular also. It seems like this hormone imbalance, if it's PCO, PCOS or whatever it is, is very common on my mother's side. Even my mother and sister suffers from this but we all have different symptoms....

I've been having this problem for so long and it makes me depressed - I would be very happy for some medical recommendations ... Thank you!

If you have had irregular menstruation since your puberty, Pulsatilla is a good remedy. Dosage will be in 200 potency one dose(3 pills/drops) every two weeks. Stop with 6th dose.

we need to know if you really have cystic ovaries or just hormonal imbalance. have you done a scan ever to confirm PCOS, its better to know before starting the treatment.

I’ve never made a scan because I got pregnant twice in a row and couldn’t do it but my sister just got it confirmed that she has PCO althought she has other symptoms than me. My mother has the same symptoms as me but she never got anything confirmed. I also want to tell you that I’m not having any menstruation right now because of breastfeeding so I hope whatever kind of medicine you are recommending me that it’s not effecting my breastfeeding.

with the modalities you have presented, the indicated remedy is SEPIA.

you need to take SEPIA 30C one dose every morning and one dose in the evening in empty stomach for some days.

as soon as you notice a change in the acne, stop the remedy.

this will take care of your irregular cycles due to hormonal imbalance.

further, i would suggest that you go for a scan and confirm that you still dont have any cysts.

if you find cysts, the remedy may need to be changed.

Thank you so much for your help! I'm wondering if there is any side effects of taking SEPIA?

keep a gap of one hour before and after.

please do not take raw onion, garlic, coffee, excess sour and sugar.

A few more questions: Is it ok to drink tea during the treatment? How many pills is one dosage? Is 6 enough? For how long does it usually takes to see improvement?

I like the recomedation of rishimba but I would like you to try the 12x potency first, if you are person with lowered vitality or have sensitive senses.
What do you think rishimba?

Re: Dr. Deoshlok Sharma or Rishimba - Acne and irregular menstruationFrom rishimba [Log on to view profile] on 2007-02-07
you can take tea during the treatment.

take 2 to 3 pills as one dose, not more.

well, for sepia, 30c is an acceptable potency for start with. in case you have any aggravations, please stop the remedy.

I've started the treatment now and it seems like something is happening. I'm having small pain in the lower part of my belly, like menstruation pain. It's located near the matrix and the ovaries. What does this mean?

Re: Dr. Deoshlok Sharma or Rishimba - Acne and irregular menstruationFrom star.of.mitra [Log on to view profile] on 2007-02-07
your body is just readjusting itself. If the aggravations become too intense I advise taking herbs, tinctures and lower potencies to deal with the perticular aggravating symptoms. Generally the aggarvation will be due to lack of dainage and tonification before taking the higher potencies. I believe that a 30c is the begining of the higher potencies.

Thank you for your reply! I think the medication is working OK so far.

I'm wondering what's considered as an improvement of the illness?

Lately I've had like menstruation pain and today I got a huge discharge looking like raw egg white.

Re: Dr. Deoshlok Sharma or Rishimba - Acne and irregular menstruationFrom rishimba [Log on to view profile] on 2007-02-08
this is a permanent cure.

your acne is going to gradually go off and your subsequent periods will be less and less painful.

if the symptoms recurr, you can take a few doses of SEPIA 30C or a single dose of 200c after a few weeks.

Does this mean that I should stop taking the medication now or should I continue taking it a few days? For how long?

Re: Dr. Deoshlok Sharma or Rishimba - Acne and irregular menstruationFrom rishimba [Log on to view profile] on 2007-02-09
you can reduce the frequency to once a day and take it for another 2 to 3 days more.

stop after you notice an improvement in your acne.

Re: Dr. Deoshlok Sharma or Rishimba - Acne and irregular menstruationFrom rishimba [Log on to view profile] on 2007-02-10
its called the ' healing crisis ' which is normal. dont worry, its a matter of few days.

Re: Dr. Deoshlok Sharma or Rishimba - Acne and irregular menstruationFrom mouminah [Log on to view profile] on 2007-02-10
Dr.Rishimba, I've very impressed it seems like it's really healing me. I've tried so many things to get rid of my acne, ruaccutan, antibiotics and several other treatments but this seemed to cure me at once. So thank you so much for answering my question here.

Now I'm wondering if there is anything to take to get rid of all the scars I'm having left? My face also got a bit dry from all the medications.

For the scars you can use DMSO which should helps heal them.

Re: Dr. Deoshlok Sharma or Rishimba - Acne and irregular menstruationFrom mouminah [Log on to view profile] on 2007-02-11
I can see a big improvement. I'm not hairy on my chin anymore and I don't get anymore acne.

But tell me more about DMSO, how does it work and does it fit for me? What do you think about it Rishimba?

Re: Dr. Deoshlok Sharma or Rishimba - Acne and irregular menstruationFrom rishimba [Log on to view profile] on 2007-02-11
personally i would not recommend use of dimethyle sulphoxide for you considering the present symptoms.

its better to go for natural means to remove the acne scars for example application of raw coconut water or applying mix of cucumber juice with olive oil at night before sleeping.

it will take time, but its without side effects.

Re: Dr. Deoshlok Sharma or Rishimba - Acne and irregular menstruationFrom star.of.mitra [Log on to view profile] on 2007-02-11
I like DMSO as it opens up the scar tissue on a cellular level so healing can take place. I also like your suggestions rishimba. I've also seen remarkable results from the application of Rose hip oil on scars. But with all of these you will have to use them for a long period of time 6 months plus.
