stretchmarks and thinning dry brittle hair female 25yrs old

im 25 years old and when i was 11 and going through puberty i delveloped stretchmarks everywhere on my boobs,arms,tummy,hips,bum and legs they never came out red they have always been a blue/silver colour obviously this depresses me very very much as i cant wear what i want and gives me low self esteem
is there anything which is good for stretchmarks

also i have noticed that in the last 2 years my hair which used to be thick and glowing is extremely dry and brittle and breaks off and one side of my hair is more thinner then the other side which is quite noticable
i have done alot to my hair ie hair extensions,dreadlocks,dying hair and use hair straitners everyday

is there anything i can take for my hair to regrow it and replace the thinness
