This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
is it also sensitive to hot water or cold water or both.

Dear nineclouds

Take staphysagria 6, three doses half an hour apart in a day and see if it helps.

thank you for responding.

i have staphysagria30c, can i use that? 5-6 globules is a dose? also, what made you choose this remedy?

nineclouds last decade
The suggestion was based on the sensitivity/pain of tooth on chewing and also the possible nerve involvement. If you have to take 30c I'll suggest you to check out your symptom profile with the remedy profile available with the website.

Dose=3 globules or drops.

i tried staphysagria 30c. do not see any change. they symptoms are still the same. do i wait and repeat the dose again?

No need to repeat the remedy.

Like Rishimba asked, tell us about:

is it also sensitive to hot water or cold water or both?

Exactly how the problem started?

what aggravates the condition and soothes the condition?

also about the type of teeth e.g molar? side ? carious? and other relevant details.

i'm wondering if you have tried chamomilla at 30x. another option for that calc carb is another remedy for hot and cold though the chamomilla often helps if it's been going on for a bit and causing mental aggravation.

it is not sensitive to any food, hot or cold. its the lower molars on the left side. when i am chewing on something, it hurts, some nerve hurts in the gums i think. as i wrote earlier, its a difficult symptom to describe. nothing makes it better or worse, it stays the same way. but i guess eating or chewing makes it hurt.
the pain or discomfort started all of a sudden, i noticed it a week back while i was eating.

regarding chamomilla, i have 30c. should i be taking that? if yes, then in what dose?

nineclouds last decade
i noticed carefully and realised that the teeth is more sensitive to cold and tart food. it does not hurt as much when i eat anyhing warm. hope this helps.

with the minimal info, Calc. carb seems the possibility. Dosage 3 times in 6 potency and see if that helps.
