The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Homeopath's Kind attn.

Although general Guidelines are there in this Forum asking the patient to supply information. But it is felt that this is often not being provided. We have also been suggesting remedy on incomplete information.

Dr. deoshlok & Dr.rishimba & Dr. Murthy have formats and asking this information. Others are also calling but in different formats.

Sometimes looking to the type of ailment additional information is asked which I beleive continue to be asked.

I thought tha all of us apply our mind and create a simple but informative format.

Keeping it in mind I thought to suggest the following:
for calling basic information of the Patient before recommending any remedy and if it is not there at the 1st instance, we may remind the patient of the same.

I now seek others to kindly add or substract in the format &/or give their views .:-

1. Place the patient stays

2. Male/Female

3. Age

4. Complexion:
i. Fair
ii. Wheatish
iii. Darkish

5. Constitution:

i. Well built
ii. Fat
iii Thin

6. Details of ailments?

7. Nature of the patient?

8. Eating habits?

9. Drinking habits?

10. Veg./ Non-Veg.

11. History of taking Alcohal?

12. History of taking tobacco/Smoking?

13. Appetite?

14. How are stools?

15.What is Urinary complaint?

16. Details of the adverse features in the Pathological ,ECG, XRay Ultra-Sound's tests already conducted?

17. Other information that the patient feels will help to identify the remedy?

Regards, & Thanks.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Good idea.

If no prescriber ventures out to prescribe on scanty information, and asks relavant questions, that will lead towards selecting a more appropriate remedy.

If a single remedy is prescribed for a shorter time, it will allow us to judge its response and make corrections, if required.

Did the prescribers ever observe that more than 80% of the patients never come back?

We don't even know whether the patient tried the medicine, and if so what is the result.

So, instead of rushing with prescriptions, if we pause and ask for more details, the non serious patients will never come back.

We can really concentrate on the few serious patients, and do a good job.

This is excellent idea! Saves a lot of time (even though one then would have to ask for details anyway...)

I would just change 'age' in #3 to dob=date of birth

also would add thermals:
are you usually colder or warmer than other people in th same place?
and
your favorite season/weather/time of the day?
least favorite?
