MOUTH

Mouth

Fetid exhalation from mouth.

Difficult, weak speech, occasioned by weakness, esp. on chest.

He finds it hard to speak.

He finds it hard to talk, as he lacks the strength.

Pain in the throat, as if it swelled up with a sore pain, unaffected by deglutition; after much hawking, he talks at a higher pitch of voice than usual.

Fetor from the throat.

Teeth

General Mouth.

Bad odor from the mouth,

Sensation in the velum pendulum palati similar to that caused by taking a pinch of snuff, which, by a strong inspiration, is drawn down even to the throat, in the evening (eighth day),

Sensation of disagreeable acidity at the velum pendulum (tenth day),

Speech.

Talking was difficult, because the strength to talk was wanting,

Talking was irksome,

Feel loose, elongated, with painful jerking shortly after eating.

Gums and teeth

Looseness of the teeth,

The teeth seem too long,

Jerking toothache in all the teeth soon after eating (cold or warm food), with heat in the face, only better in the open air,

Continual and annoying tingling in the roots of the lower incisors (thirty-third day),

Toothache after a meal, with jerking pain and heat in the face.

Sensation of elongation and looseness in teeth.

Ulcer on gums, with swelling of cheeks.

Epileptiform convulsions from teething child amel. lying with abdomen across something hard; clenching of thumbs.

The teeth seem too long.

Twitching toothache in all the teeth, soon after eating (anything cold or warm); with heat of the face; only relieved by the open air.

Looseness of the teeth.

Saliva

Tenacious mucus in the mouth,

Sensation in the velum pendulum as if there were a foreign body there, or some mucus which could neither be hawked up nor swallowed; the same sensation in the posterior portion of the nasal fossa (ninth day),

Saliva.

Salivation, with bad odor from the mouth,

Acid saliva runs from the mouth, in the morning on waking,

Accumulation of saliva in the mouth,

Flow of acid saliva.

Tough mucus in the mouth.

Gathering of saliva in the mouth.

Sourish saliva runs from his mouth, in the morning, on awaking.

Sore throat, like a swelling, with sensation of dryness, and drawing, tensive pains.

Tongue

Tongue.

Tongue yellow,

Tongue coated with yellowish mucus (after five days),

Burning in the tongue, in the morning (twentieth day),

Pretty frequent itching in the tip of the tongue (nineteenth day),

During the proving, frequent itching of the anterior third of the tongue,

Tongue coated with a yellowish mucus.

Tongue yellow.

Tongue red.

The tongue coated with yellowish mucus (aft. 5 d.).

Tongue red; with yellow mucous coating.

Taste

Taste.

Beer tastes stale and acid better,

Insipid taste in the throat,

Bitter taste to all food (solid and liquid), but not to water, but no bitter taste when not eating,

Bitter, sour taste in the mouth,

Herby taste to beer,

Bitter and sour taste in the mouth (first and third days),

Disagreeable taste in the mouth.

Bitter sour taste in the mouth.

Bitter taste of everything partaken of (food and drink), except water; no bitter taste when not eating.

Bitter and sour taste in the mouth (1st-3d d.).

A sweetish taste rises up into her throat.

The beer has an herb like taste.

Beer tastes flat and sour bitter.

Tabacum ^Tobacco tastes acrid and dry, in smoking it.

Bad smell from the mouth.

Fauces
