Urine

Kidneys and Bladder.

Dull stitches in the region of the kidneys, extending inward,

Sensitive pressure in the neck of the bladder and along the urethra, after urinating; it constantly seems as though more urine would pass and some drops follow, when the pressure is still worse,

Urethra.

A blister on the margin of the meatus urinarius,

Soreness in the tip of the urethra,

Burning in the forepart of the urethra, especially on urinating; he had a desire to urinate every minute and passed much,

Micturition and Urine.

Frequent desire to urinate, even at night, obliging him to rise from bed, for three days; followed by more infrequent micturition and a smaller discharge of urine than during health,

Desire to urinate, only like a feeling of fulness, in the bladder; urine scanty, offensive, and infrequent, but without pain,

Retention of urine,

Dull stitches inward in kidney region.

Sensitive pressure in neck of bladder and urethra after urinating; seems as though more would follow; some drops pass when the pressure is agg.

Blister on margin of meatus.

Retention of urine.

Scanty emission of urine.

Frequent want to urinate, sometimes with scanty emission.

Absence of want to urinate, as from insensibility of bladder (only a sensation of fulness indicates the necessity to urinate).

Retention of urine.

Urging to urinate, only as if from a sensation of fullness in the bladder; the urine is scanty, fetid and rare, but without any pain.

Frequent urging to urinate, also compelling the person to rise at night to urinate for three days, then micturition becomes more rare and scanty than in the days of health.

After micturition, acutely painful pressure in the neck of the bladder and in the urethra; there is always a feeling as if more urine should come, and when a few drops come, the pressure is even worse.

Profuse and pale, then scanty, brown and sometimes white, like milk.

After urination continued urging.

Deficient urging, as from insensibility of bladder, which feels dull, yet the secretion is scanty.

Urethra

Burning anteriorly in the urethra, especially when urinating; there was an urging every minute and he passed much water.

A vesicle on the margin of the orifice of the urethra.

Soreness of the tip of the urethra.

Male

Frequent pollutions; with excessive prostration.

In the penis there is twitching, extending even to the posterior part, almost as if for the emission of semen.

Prolapsus of the vagina, with hard stool.

Bearing down in uterine region; prolapsus uteri et vaginae.

Itching in vulva, agg. evening (Stan. mur.).

Prolapsus vaginae is troublesome during a very difficult stool.

Leucorrhoea of transparent mucous from the vagina.

Displacement of vagina; worse during stool; feels so weak she must drop down suddenly, but can get up quite readily.

Womb

Cramps in uterus.

Bearing down in uterine region; prolapsus uteri.

Genitals

Increase of sexual desire.

Violent and voluptuous excitement during emission.

Increased sexual desire; early orgasm.

Prolapsus strangulated tends to gangrene.

Leucorrhoea of transparent or yellowish mucus, with considerable prostration of strength.

Spasmodic labour pains; they exhaust her, she is out of breath.

A child leaves the breast of its mother, and will not suck.

No sexual impulse, nor any potency, even when there is actual excitation (after-effect).

Immediate erection; on the following days, lack of any erection.

Pollution, without lascivious dreams.

The leucorrhoea ceases.

Voluptuous feeling in genitals, ending in an emission.

Emissions without dreams.

Leucorrhoea with great debility; of yellow, white or transparent mucus.

Menses

Catamenia too profuse.

Before catamenia, anxiety and melancholy.

During the catamenia, colic.

Pressure in the hypogastrium, as for the menses; worse when pressing upon it.

The menses are more copious than usual (12th d.).

The week before the menses, great anguish and melancholy, which ceases with the flow of blood.

Before the menses, pain on the zygoma, when touched; during the menses, pain on the zygoma, as from a blow, even when merely moving the facial muscles.

Menses too early and too profuse; preceded by melancholy; pain in malar bones, which continues during menses.

Pregnancy

Spasmodic labor-pains; they exhaust her, she is out of breath.

Child refuses the mother's milk.
