BACK AND NECK

Back and neck

Opisthotonos.

Stitches in back, in small of back, and into limbs.

Violent tearing in lumbar vertebrae, from both sides into region of kidneys, agg. on every motion of trunk.

Dull thrusts in lumbar region with a sensation of external coldness against him. 21. Limbs.

Great heaviness and paralytic weakness in arms and legs.

Swelling of hands and feet in evening.

The pains in limbs agg. gradually and amel. in the same manner.

Insupportable restlessness in all the limbs.

Stitches in back; in small of back and into limbs.

Neck

Lancinations in the shoulder-blades, and nape of the neck.

Weakness of the muscles of the nape of the neck, and cracking of the vertebrae of the neck when shaking the head.

Itching stitches in the neck, in the morning in bed.

Boring, dull stitches, from the interior fauces out at the cervical muscles.

There was a drawing up the neck, with sensation of stiffness, so that she could not move her head properly.

Weakness of the cervical muscles, as if the head could not hold itself up, with pain on moving the head.

Cracking of the cervical vertebrae, when she quickly shakes her head; it is audible also to others.

Anteriorly on the neck a red spot, somewhat elevated, with a little white pimple, entirely painless in its middle.

Back

In the sacrum, somewhat to the right, pressive burning.

In the left side of the back, above the hip, a pain, pressing from above downward.

An undulating shock in the back above the left ilium, causing him to start with fright.

Shooting pinching on the back, on the false ribs.

Violent tearing in the lumbar vertebrae, extending from both sides into the renal region, more violent with every motion of the trunk.

Pressure and drawing as from a load, on the left shoulder, on the outer side of the upper arm, and from the elbow down into the deep lying muscles of the fore-arm; it gradually passes off in the room.

Paralytic tearing in and below the right shoulder joint, more violent when moving.

Sudden, acutely painful blows on the top of the right shoulder.

Itching stitches in and below the axilla.

Paralytic sprained pain, close below the shoulder joint, merely when at rest; only transiently passing off through motion.
