(Bryonia Bry. has large stool, Pte. small, hard balls; both have amel. lying right side; Bryonia Bry. agg. least attempt to breathe, Pte. on deep inspiration only; Nux Vomica Nux has agg. lying on painful (r.) side and large stool).
