In the arm, a violent tearing, extending from the left shoulder to the wrist-joint, when raising the arm and when at rest (27th, 28th d.).

Painful tearing from the top of the right shoulder into the wrist-joint, and when turning the hand, the tearing extends even into the finger-joints.

Drawing in the arm, upward.

Twitching in the arms.

Lassitude in the arms.
