Objective.

Surface of the body pale, but warm and moist (second day),

A wartlike elevation on the left cheek becomes larger and itches,

Eruptions, Dry.

Numerous pimples on the nape and occiput, which disappear the following day (after thirty days),

Many pimples on the nape of the neck,

Itching pimples on the size of peas on the body, even on the face, only not on the hands and feet,

Itching pimples on the right nates after scratching (after thirty-two days),

Itching at times, burning or biting pimples on the nape of the neck, on the forepart of the nose, throat, and right elbow, where she had to scratch them bloody,

A small pimple on the shoulder, with violent sticking pains and irritation to scratch it off,

Eruptions, Moist.

Blisters on the upper lip, with inflamed areola and tensive pain (after sixteen hours),

Small vesicles, which change to pustules, on the face and other parts of the body (second day),

Eruptions, Pustular.

Small, painless pustule with red base on the nape of the neck,

A tensive painful pustule on the left side of the nose,

A boil on the right shoulder, with tensive pain,

A boil on the lower portion of the thumb,

Subjective.

Some stitches on the skin, especially on the chest, on every motion,

Stitches as with needles followed by burning on the skin, especially on the face,

Itching, especially on the legs and tibiae, so that she was obliged to scratch them bloody; with red spots here and there (after twenty days),

Itching here and there in the evening, obliging scratching,

Itching with stitches here and there in the evening after lying down,

Itching in several parts also on the scalp; at times she was obliged to scratch it till it bled, after which it burned and pained,

Itching in various places several times; also on the inner side of the right great toe, as if it had been frostbitten (ninth day),
