Mouth

Shooting pain in the upper row,

Aphthae in the mouth,

Mouth blistered inside (200th),

Fetid odor from the mouth, in the evening and at night, unperceived by himself,

Difficulty in eating,

Heat and smarting in the mouth,

On the chin, tearing in the right half of the same.

On the lower right jaw a tearing pressure, passing away by pressing upon it.

Intermittent, dull stitches on the outer border of the lower jaw.

A gland on the lower jaw is painful, as if swollen.

Dull, pressive pain per se and while swallowing, in a gland under the angle of the lower jaw.

Lancinating pain, as of soreness in the throat, only in deglutition.

Fetid odor from the mouth in the evening and night, without his becoming aware of it himself.

Much thirst for 6 days.

Lips

In the lower lip a burning vesicle, in the red part.

Gums and teeth

Looseness of the teeth, even the anterior, in sudden paroxysms,

Sensation of dulness of the molar teeth (after half an hour),

The upper front teeth are very painful when chewing,

Toothache caused by drawing air into the mouth,

Hacking and grumbling pain in the teeth, with swelling of the cheeks,

Dull tearing in the two posterior; molar teeth of the right upper jaw, excited by touch and eating, with painful swelling of the gums,

When chewing, suddenly a painful dulness in one of the upper; molar teeth,

Single stitches in the teeth,

Redness and swelling of the gums,

Swelling of the gums of the molar teeth of the right upper jaw, with pressive soreness when touched, or when eating,

Painful pustules on the gums, as if a fistula dentalis would form,

Ulcer on the gums, with swelling of the cheeks (after ten days),

The gums bleed easily,

The teeth of the upper front row are very sensitive in chewing.

In chewing, suddenly a violent, dull pain in an upper molar.

Threatening pain and hacking in the teeth, with swelling of the cheek.

Twitching pain in the upper row of teeth.

Dull tearing in the two posterior molars of the right upper jaw, caused by touching and eating during a painful swelling of the gums.

Toothache, from air penetrating into the mouth.

Single stitches in the teeth.

Sensation of dullness in the molars (aft. ½ h.).

Looseness of the teeth, even of the anterior ones, in sudden paroxysms.

Swelling of the gums on the molars of the right upper jaw, with pressive pain, as of soreness, on touching them and on eating.

Painful pustules on the gums, as if a fistula in the gums was coming on.

Saliva

Agreeably sweetish saliva accumulates in the mouth,

Sometimes, sourish taste in the mouth (after two and a half hours),

Bitter taste in the mouth, with sensation of dryness (after eight hours),

Putrid taste in the mouth, as of spoiled game, between meals,

Smell from the mouth, as of old cheese.

Putrid smell from the mouth.

The taste in the mouth is insipid.

Sweet taste anteriorly on the tongue.

Agreeable milky taste in the mouth.

Putrid taste in the mouth, as of high game, when not eating.

Sourish taste in the mouth at times (aft. 2 ½ h.).

Bitter taste in the mouth, with sensation of dryness (aft. 8 h.).

Fauces

Paroxysms of stretching apart of the fauces, as in vomiting, but without nausea.

A painful impediment to swallowing in the left side of the fauces.

Much mucus in the fauces, for several days.

Frequently, mucus in the fauces; it can be hawked out, indeed, but yet impedes the inspiration (aft. 2 h.).

A kind of pressure in the region of the palate, for several hours,
