Dramatic Increase in appetite

My daughter (will be 4 yrs in one month) had always been a picky eater. She liked candy, sweet things but would pick on regular meals (rice,vegetables, lentils etc). She preferred to go to bed hungry rather than finish whats on her plate.

We came back from our vacation a month ago and she has been eating a LOT since then. She had tummy ache during bowel movement for two or three days prior to our returning from vacation. This continued and got worse since she started eating more than me at each meal, and half hour after that she will ask for more ! She will cry and would be in tears. About 20 minutes after she finished her food she would be have a terrible tummy ache and would have a bowel movement. And then the hunger cycle started again immediately. She was ready to eat anything....rice, vegetables, daal !! She did not have diarohea, but once in a while she will have a loose bowel movement though most of the time it was normal.

The doctor did test for her blood count, stool test for worms but all tests came out negative. The doctor was unable to find a cause for her sudden increase in appetite or for the tummy pain she would get.

Well after that knowing its not worms (at least the ones that the doc tested her for) we let her eat about almost double what she used to eat before, but limit any more eating after that. We give her a choice to wait sometime and see if she is still hungry after that, then she can have it. Usually she gets distracted and wont remember until an hour or two later.

Her tummy aches have lessened and occur occasionally , but her belly has grown big and is always distended. The doctor said she was not constipated or retaining stool in her body.

Apart from this, she always has complained from her bottom being itchy and tickling feeling there.

Since we are not sure what the cause for her sudden sharp increase in appetite is, is there a homeopathic remedy which will address her symptoms including the itchy tickling feeling in her bottom ?

She likes sweet things, is quick to get angry, doesnt like physical activity, gets pain in her lets and knees in cold or wet weather, she talks nonstop (sigh!), is very quick to learn on her own. She was thin, but now in the last month, her body looks squarish due to extra weight around her chest and tummy and also belly is distended even after bowel movement.
