hit in my right ear

Hi, I am in water polo and I got elbowed on my right ear during practice. After I got hit i heard a long ringing sound. My ear started to hurt after the ringing sound went away. I cant hear out of my right ear. When I get into a pool, I start to get dizzy. I put an earplug in my ear so water doesn't get in. Does anyone know whats wrong? What should I do?
