Sleeping Pills

Hello I was wondering if sleeping pills effect height growth in any way.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I believe the effects would be negligible.What is it your specifically trying to achieve? Is it growth or a good nights sleep? Please reply.

It's actually both. But I need sleep in order to do my plans for height growth so yeah it's a little complicated. I've been having trouble sleeping for a while which also effects my attendance in school.

Then I am afraid it is highly unlikely that anything will affect your height now, as you have pretty much reached full maturity, and your growth is coming to an end.
