Dr Deoshlok -- Pl reply
This is regarding stomach problem for my brother 65 yrs old. You first suggested Petrolium 30, after 10 days, as it did not produce results, you asked me to give Phosperos 30.I gave Phos 30, it started producing aggrevation by the way of rashes in the face etc. I continued to complete 10 days and I am now reporting back to you.
You also told me that these problems become ok with constitutional remedy. What are the details I have to produce for this?

I am furnishing hereunder the details asked by you.
1. Name : Nagarajan
2. Age : 65 years
3. Sex : Male
4. Sex : Married - no issues - wife expired in 1989 due to cancer
5. Weight : 70 kgs
6. Height : 5' 10''
7. Country : India - South India
8. Climate : Generally hot and dry
9. List of Complaints:
i) Walking impaired by paraplegia in 1976 - 76. There after he was walking alone, but not very freely.
After his wife's death, he started walking with support. Now for the past 8 months, he is not able to
walk, with or without support.
ii) Urinary system weakned by paraplegia - was on cathetor from 1974 - 76, then normal without cathetor till 2006. He got into a fever and shivering and the doctors at the hospital found that excessive urine is accumulated in the bladder and not drained fully. Hence urinary infection and fever. They inserted cathetor in January 2006.
iii) Lately he has back pain, reduced by hip-belt.
iv) Stomach troble : It started after the treatment in a hospital for fever during Jan 2006. They administered strong anti-biotic drips. He gets stomach disturbace and that gets abated by eating. But in one hour's time, the disturbance or hunger comes back. Amelioration by Argnt Nit.
v) Presently: constipation - mossion does not come out by natural urge. It comes upto the rectum and goes back. I have to wear a glove, lubricate it by glycerine, insert my hand and take out the matter, once in two days. It is hard and grey in colour. Uneasy fealing in stomach. Nat phos 6x gives some relief. The hunger or disturbance is more during night. Whenever he wakes up to pass urine, he feels like eating. Sometimes he is able to skip eating by taking Argnt Nit.
vi) Unable to sit without support for more than 5 or 10 minutes.
vii) Vertigo problem together with slight giddiness occasionally.

As per your instructions, I have administered Lyco 6C thrice a day and solidago V Mother Tincture. The problem of frequent hunger got subsided; But unexpected progress in general condition has taken us by surprise. My brother was confined to Bed for nine months and now he is able to walk with support. Thank You.
The problem now is: Rashes have started appearing on his face, back etc.. He went out today after nine months. He found the rashes itching very much in hot sun. I asked him to stop Mother Tincture and the stomach problem slightly seems to reapper.
What should I do for the rashes ? Continue the same medicine or you would like to reconsider ?

As there was a dely of more than three days and my brother was suffering with rashes, before I could see your posting asking me to give Rhus Tox 30c, I had ARS 200C at home and gave one dose of it and by the time I got your reply, he was 90% Ok (rashes). But I bought Rhus Tox 30c and gave it to him. The condition of rashes seems to be in the same state. About 10% continues to be there. After one dose of Ars 200, I did not give anything.
As Solidago V MT and Lyc 6c have been stopped, the progress seems to have halted. Stomach problem has not come back fully, though slight trouble is there.
In the meanwhile, he already got cathetor inserted about 6 months back and frequent urinary infection occurs. Presently he has urbid urine with yellowish white deposits coming out at the end of urine flow. The main infection is e-coli. Is there any homeopathy cure for urinary infecction to get rid of e-coli ? If required I can tell you the colony count.
Please also advise me when Lyc and solidago V Q to start again ?
I saw the debate going on in this forum. People who have not helped so much as you have done are asking for your credentials. I am really afraid that the high quality service rendered by you for no gain is going to be stopped by listless complaints. Please do not bother to reply these people. It is we who stand to lose a very good prescription and not those who ask you for your certificates. Who is to certify a professional ? Not these questioners, BUT WE, the beneficiaries. You have cured my chronic mouth ulcer, worked miracles in my brother's case and so many....
Please note that there had been no cure for my brother's case in Allopathy. When I initially wrote the complaint, it is your good self that came forward to takeup and cure this case and not the people who now doubt about your degree. I kindly request you to ignore these and continue your selfless service and I am sure that God would recompensate you.

Sorry I missed to answer your question. How many times cathetor was fixed or changed...
It was fixed during January 2006 and monthly changed. So we might have changed about 10 cathetors. He was not left without cathetor even for one day, because the urine drainage is only partial and stasis of about 50%.

Now you will give Causticum 6 instead of Lyco 6 and Solidago V Q 10 drops thrice in a day will be continue and try to remore cathetorafter a week of this medicine . I want to try to remove other wise you will use again.

We are following your treatment. My brother is taking causticum 6c as per your advice. But Solidago Vir Q could not be taken because he gets stomach disturbance when he takes it.
Now the main problem is
1. Urinary infection - e-coli
2. White deposits in bladder. It comes out at the end of urination, a small quantity like milk.
There has been sufficient improvement in his condition. He is able to walk with support and even goes out in car for some hours.
How long should he continue causticum 6c ?
Is there any medicine for urinary infection ?
Anything else can be done to make the improvements faster ?

Start the following prescription
arsenic alb 30 three times in a day for a week and Sabal S. Q 10 drops with 1/2 cup of water three times in a day
pls continue the two medicine.
Aresenic alb will remove the ecoli infection and Sabal s. will stop the discharge from the prostrate gland and reduce the swelling of prostrate also.

As prescribed by you, I have given sabal s MT and Ars 6c thrice daily.
He seems to have developed rashes all over the body, particularly in face, back and head. Though not very red, it is itching and burning.
Continue the same ? Urine has become very clear now, white deposits have reduced very much. I am giving ars 6c in wet dose.
Please advice !!!

That appears to be an aggravation from Arsenic Alb.
It is a good sign. The rash will gradually subside and patient wil get better and better.
Wait for Dr. Deoshlok to guide you further.

Thank you Pankaj. I feel that the aggravation is not due to ars alb. It is from Sabal S Q. Because we stopped Sabal S Q and the rashes have reduced, continuing ars alb.
