Chronic Renal Failure

My wife (32 yrs) has been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and undergoing dialysis. (three time per week)And her Hg levels are also going down and not stabilising (even after taking eprex (epoetin) injective. Is it possible to come out of this - is it possible to recover the kidney ? please suggest me.
