Throat Tightness, Trouble Swallowing

For the past couple of weeks I have had food get stuck in the back of my throat and I have drink something to get to go down. Now I am prone to anxiety attacks. So this is not a good thing. I was reading in another forum about lycopodium. But I am worried about side affects. How much should I take? How much and what dose should I order? How long should I take it? I talk valuium (sp?) every once in awhile (5mg), but usually I take it at night to help me sleep (2.5mg)I also take IB profin (600mg) every othe day for headaches and neck pains. Please help. Thank You. Heather

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Arsenicum Album may help. Only take remedies until there is improvement. Sometimes one dose is enough. This will avoid unwanted proving symptoms(side effects) get a 30c try taking it only once and see what happens. You may also use it in a bottle of water by putting a couple of pellets in and sipping it during acute anxious states. Homeopathy is all about the minimum dose therefore once you start responding stop the remedy.

Thank you. But it seems to be getting worse. These remedies will take few days to get here. Is there anything I can take that will help if I go to the drug store?

Until the meds come....gargle your throat .....with half a spoon of salt mixed in a glass of water. Morning and evening.

Best wishes,
