I am right now taking Sepia 200C for Pcos and was advised on this forum.I am taking it once a week.I want to take Arnica 30C wetdose for melasma.
Can I take both?
Will this remedy help me in curing melasma.
I have hormonal imbalance and after starting Sepia there is lot of differnce that is my knuckles were black now the colour is light. I have been of Sepia for three and half weeks.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I do not see any contraindication to your taking Arnica while you are using Sepis 200c which I hope you do not take daily.
You may however take Arnica 30c twice daily for best effect.

I am adding few more things just to inform u that Arnica will suit me.
I have PCos and the doctor prescribed me Metformin though I am not diabetic which I sotpped when I started Sepia. Will Arnica be an alternative for that?
And I will start Arnica today only.
Right now I am taking Sepia 200C once a week. But shortlyafter completion of this Sepia 200c bottle, I will have to start it twice daily Sepia 30C as told by the homeopath for good results. Then how do I take Arnica? Will they both antidote eachother then?If not how much gap is necessary for both an hour. Please respond to this.

I have treated a few cases of Endometriosis with Chocolate Cysts which were successful and it is possible that this same remedy can help you as well although PCOS is far removed from this ailment.
I must mention here that I am not certain of being able to help you but there is a slight chance that the same remedy may be perhaps better than the Sepia 200c that you have been prescribed.
If you would like me to study your case further you will have to give me more data to work on.

Thanks very much for the reply.
I have PCOS.These are the Laboratory results.
1.I have high levels of Lh.
2.Lh to Fsh ratio is more. 3:1.
3.prolactin is within normal levels but still I have milk.
4.testoterone is elevated and I have male pattern hair on my body
more recently side of the cheecks.
5.didnot check for insulin but the doctor prescribed Metformin as she saw all the
symptoms of PCOS.
6. I will check for HLD and LDL and cholesterol in a week or two.
7. There were many cysts on my ovaries on scanning. And the report said Polystic ovaries
Other than these my periods were always irregular but after birth of
my child I donot get it on its own but by using progetrone tablets.Even for six
months I donot get the periods on its own.
Now that my child who is 3 and half whom I conceived with fertility treatment
for 6 months which consisited of Clomid, allthrough the treatment
and Metrodin injections the last month which helped me to conceive.
I want to conceive again but there is no way but the same procedure.
I was advised to take Sepia 200C for hormonal balance.And I have Lichen Planus which
has considerably healed after starting Sepia 200c.Now there is only little itching
and the papules are healing and almost 90% have healed with only brown spots
left on my legs.
I had Lichen Planus on the skin of my legs, thighs and very few on
stomach area and lower back. Before starting sepia they started appearing
on my hands too.Now new ones are not coming up and all are healing.
Other than Sepia I used Vitex later half of this month.
All is well but I didnot get my periods this month but there was spoting on
14th and 25th day. I have been on Sepia for 34 days with no period.
Sepia is helping me I feel.
I know homeopathy heals slowly but just 5 months back PCOS was diagnosied
and after being on Metformin and contraceptive pills mI came over this site and
fortunately 1 year Lichen Planus is completely under control.
Apart from this I have discoloration on my face, my knuckles, elbow,toes area is black
And hence thought Arnica would be of help to me. Other areas like fingers,hand ,neck is fairer
compared to face. Mostly the area below lower lip and a band like on my nose are dark brown.
Slowing such areas are appearing on my face.
After looking into my case u can suggest me a rememdy. I will look into that.And if it is
going to help me in all ways then I will definitely start that.

And Arnica I am trying on my brother-in-law who has hairloss. And about a month ago he started
Arnica Q in oil and from yesterday he started Arnica 30C wet dose. He says there is less
hair loss compared to a month ago when he washes the hair.And hope Arnica 30C wetdose helps him
in regrowth of hair.
And I have another brother-in-law who has hair loss in circular spots. On this forum he was advised
to take Floruicam Acidum 200C one drop. But when I put froth how to take it or apply there
was no response. What do u think about this. Is this remedy appropriate. I got Flouricam
Acidum in pellet form not liquid. Please advise about this. He is 27 years old. Healthy.
Likes tasty food. normal weight, brown patches are slowly appearing on his face. brown band
on the nose, complains of pain in kness and all joints frequently, pain in head also frequently,
very emotional, cannot tolerate criticism, otherwise jovial.

I was hoping that your diagnosis if PCOS was mistaken but I regret to inform you that it is indeed correct.
You have already discovered that Sepia 200c has helped you and I believe that the Arnica 30c should help you with the itching and the other skin condition that you have.
Please report your response from time to time.
Glad to note that you have recommended the Arnica to your friends and that they too have discovered that it helps.
Your BIL who has hair loss in circular spots has I believe Alopecia and the Arnica 30c will help him too. Dose 1 teaspoonful twice daily.

Sorry for buging in ur forum its just that my case is similar to urs i have pco and high prolactin level and i am on sepia with some improvement.... just want to see how its going for u did u concieve yet cause tht one of my main concerns too.
