Acne- Diagnosed Today
Hi everyoneI have been to the doctors today and he has diagnosed me with adult acne. He has prescribed me with a topical gel but I was wondering if anybody could suggest an alternate remedy? Also can i take the two simultaneously??
The spots started above my lip about 6 months ago but have now cleared from here and are mainly on my chin. The have started to spread to my cheeks now and a new one seems to pop up every other day! They appear more aggrivated on my period and after contact with water (not soap/ wash). They start of as a red bump under my skin and then raise yellow. It is taking ages for my face to heal after this stage. Somedays they are very faint and others appear very aggresive. They look best when I first wake up in the morning and by the time I get home from work they look dreadful. I am 22 don't drink over 3 units of alchohol a week, haven't had any changes in lifestyle, excercise regularly and have a healthy diet. Durring my teens my skin was almost flawless- I thought I would be past this now :).
Any advice would be really appreciated

Arnica 30c in the wet dose and Silicea 6x are your remedies.
You can make the wet dose by inserting 3 pellets of Arnica 30c into a 500ml bottle of spring water and you must shake it hard 10 times before you sip a teaspoonful twice daily.
You can take 2 tablets of Silicea 6x twice daily.
You can expect relief in a week when you can stop the Silicea. You are however advised to take the Arnica just once preferably at night after your lesions have been stabilized for a few months as it will help to keep your acne at bay and also promote deep sleep.
