Please Dr.Joe De Livera ...my 89 years old grandma had stoke

Dear Dr.Joe De Livera,
First of all,my name is Aphiradee ,I have been reading almost all of you posts and remedies.That 's all because almost 3 months ago my 89 years old grandma had stoke.
Doctor her stoke was not severe didn't need any surgery just give my the medication to dissslove to blood clot.
She was in emergengy room for 2 days.After that she had paralyze on her right side of the body and had trouble in speaking.She could say in word not the sentense.
She slept a lot but not for long time.Seem like she want to say something but didn't know how to say ,I guess.
Well since then I fine your remedy of arnica 1 m for start up....I got it in liquid dilution form..I put 2 drops into the 400 ml mineral water (I couldn't spring water)
She took it 1 tea spoon twices a day morning and before bed time....
After arnica 1 m, we notice that
1.She had deep sleep for long time like baby result almost first or second day after take arnica..
2.She talk more...a lot more.She start speak more than a word,that is very short sentense but still improvement.
3.She hurt her right leg which is paralyze .
4.She had very good bowel movements a lot ,easy and everyday....( before her bowel movements was one every 2 or 3 days)
Now 2 week after arnica 1 m..I would like to say THANK YOU SO MUCH...for remedy at least now I have a hope with my grandma. I want to see her talk ,walk and laugh again...Her laughing is the most beautiful thing in this world to me.
Dr.Joe De Livera , could you please suggest me what to do next ? When should I stop to give her arnica 1 m...and change to be 30 c or what should I do next?

I am very happy to learn that your 89 year old Grandmother has recovered in some way after you gave her Arnica 1M in the wet dose for the last 2 weeks.

It would not be wise to change the potency of the Arnica right now as she has obviously improved in 2 weeks and I would recommend that you continue with the same 1M potency for the next month as long as she does not show any signs of some discomfort which I do not think will occur.

If she has any problems with constipation you can give her 2 tablets of Nat Phos 6x after meals and this should ease her problem overnight.

Please ensure that she drinks plenty of water and includes fruits in her diet.
You are also advised to ensure that she is given some physiotherapy on medical advice to ensure that the muscles that are affected are kept in condition.

I will keep giving her arnica 1 m,and will see what happen?My grandma still got feeding tube thru her nose ,but she can sip the arnica solution...

I will keep update her symtoms..
