Any medicine for adhesion and tethering of left overy, parameterium, bladder wall and singmoid colon.I am 38 years old having past history of abdomain surgery.
By nature and behaviour, food habit, I am normal cool nothing specific.

Yes I m married, I have kids 2016 C-section. 2012 I had surgery for colovesicula fistula. Recently I had painful urination.
I am normal by nature behaviour. Not much anger not particular like dislike of food.

Your present symptom is only painful urination
Does it pain everytime you pass urine
Where is the pain
Does it pain throughout the time u urinate
Joe long does it take for pain to go away after passing urine
Urine is normal like colour smell etc. or not
Any urine examination done recently with results

Yes urine is painful at the end of urination. Also little burning and discomfort is there near urethra afterwards. Ocasionally I feel pneumateria.

No idea how it happened. May be due to previous surgery of sigmoid colon and bladder 9 yrs back surgery was done. After that everything was perfect. I had ultrasound earlier in 2016 there was no abnormalities seen.
