Yesterday night I got up around 4 AM passed urine and went back to sleep. Woke up at 6.15AM. It was indeed a much needed relief. Let me check tonight also.

Yesterday slept till 4.45AM, felt the urge to pass urine. It's usually whatever time I get the urge, I wake up to pass urine.
A bit better than yesterday.

Hi Dr Kaps,
I have been on Sabal S and Causticum the last couple of days. There was no changes. Stopped the medicines 3/4 days back. No improvement.
However now have a feeling that there is an obstruction in passing urine. The day before got up at 4 AM to pass urine. Initially it trickled and then stopped flowing. Waited for a minute and the trickle started. However the flow pressure was less and took some time to complete. Got up at 6.30 AM, the flow was better and none of the problems I faced earlier (between 3.30 & 4.30 AM) appeared. This only happens the 1st time I wake up after going to bed. There after there is no hiccup of any sort.
In the day time, I need to pass urine several times within a span of 1 hr - 2 hr.
Today morning I woke up with a pain in the hollow of my right knee (front and back) .
The urinary part is the main problem which needs to be addressed. Am not getting any relief. Once the prostate gland size is reduced, the urinary problem would automatically be resolved. It would also reduce my stress levels.

Another thing I forgot was, after having completed passing urine, 2/3 drops of urine trickle out.
QOL is totally disturbed bcoz of the urinary problem. Am suffering for the past 2 years and there is no relief.
Hope I am able to lead a life free of my troubles.
