High diastolic pressure and pulse
My son aged 35 years now suffers from high blood pressure and pulse rate. Average reading 125/100/100. Cholesterol 200,HDL 36, LDL 135,
Weight 80 kgs Height 5ft 7inches.
Kindly suggest a remedy. He is not on medication at present.

Lachesis 200 five drops in an ounce of water ones a week.In addition Kali Phos 6x five tabs ones a day.
Feed back after 7 days.

Now average bp is 125/85/90. Both diastolic pressure and pulse rate have come down.Now on an allopathic medicine to reduce lipids besides Lachesis 200 advised by you.
His striking features:
He can not accept tension and when under extreme pressure his body trembles and he becomes very nervous. A bit pious type he has not much inclination for sexual pleasure. He is 35 and prefers cool places. He has baldness and suffers from constipation after taking rich foods outside.

Ask him to do ANULOM VILOM AND KAPALBHATI PRANAYAMA AFTER WATCHING BABA RAMDEV ON YOUTUBE.TWICE A DAY,MORNING EVENING.
30 MINS EACH SESSION.

Now average blood pressure reading 120/85/100(pulse rate).
It appears that pulse is still rapid due to anxiety related issues.
My son is an Engineer and more inclined to studies, games and jobs than family routine jobs. His body trembles when he suffers from extreme anxiety or high fever. Sexual urge is less than normal.
Kindly advise.
