1ST REMEDY & 2ND BOTH WERE WRONG AND CASE IS SPOILED
HE HAS PROVEN THE DRUG
ANTIDOTE HIM DO THE RECASE TAKING
COMPLETE REASSEMENT SHOULD BE DONE ITS NOT SO TO JUST PRESCRIBE IN SUCH HIGH POTENCY OF THESE DRUGS WHO HAS DEEP ACTION ON AN INDIVIDUAL

first I need detailed complete history that patient must have underlying cause
his level of health should have been determined before treatment
Before playing with potency arg nit from 30c till 50 m is too much disaster for his vital force why did he grow weight ?? if the mental grows better, physical complains can go worse if you read hering law of cure THIS IS CORRECT DIRECTION OF CURE !! but he shouldn't have gain weight that means remedy was either wrong or partial similimum but not correct !
Giving a "clear cut " remedy is very difficult even if the remedy was right if given in a gentle way .it should have been enough to activate the mechanism but in this case physical went went different level and cause him obesity if the remedy would have been right he would have never gain weight atleast not so much ..
Next Remedy Platina did the damage in Mentals it made his mental symptoms go worse which is again prolonged decline of case that means it was never a similimum
so my suggestion would be re evaluate his case check his underlying history
take his fever history when he got sick last ?
his journey of disease then only complete picture can be seen
